Due to increased order volume and the impact of COVID-19, it may take longer than usual to for fill your order. We are working to get your order to you as quickly as possible. I current estimate is that your order will ship within the next 4 to 5 business days. We will email you as soon as your items in your order are shipped. You can also check your order status which will update when your items shipped out. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience.
Due to economy, inflation shipping has gone up, but we wanna make it financially affordable for all our customers so shipping will be increase to match standard shipping for USPS. We do not offer over night shipping for any order due to some products being handmade and all shipping times will be base on USPS.
Shipping
All cosmetic orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. All skin-care products are homemade with love and can take 3-7 business days to ship. All shipping is done through USPS and subject to their rules of operation. Once order is shipped you will receive a tracking number to track your package. We ship worldwide!Returns & Refunds
No returns no exceptions. No refunds unless the business makes an inventory mistake. If items are damage once received will need to be reported to company the day package is received we will replace items no refunds will be granted.
Pick Up Policy
Pick up options are ONLY for Milwaukee local residents. You will have 3-5 days to pick up your order from the day the pick up text or email was sent. After 5 days your items will be put back into inventory with NO REFUNDS NO EXCEPTIONS!
